What types of partnerships do you offer?
In a nutshell, ZH provides its channel partners with a differentiated, new and cost effective medical IT solution, lead generation programs, marketing support, expanded and flexible solutions and bundled services, product support and knowledge, and a way to make money without significant investment or resources. ZH offers a three-tiered partnership structure:
- Tier One/Reseller Partner: In this simple, straight forward partnership, the reseller partner will be selling and supporting the ZH brand of products. In turn, ZH will support this partner with qualified leads and marketing collaterals. Reseller partners can also take advantage of the marketing campaigns and goodwill generated by ZH. Typically ZH bills the client directly and shares the revenue with the partner.
- Tier Two/Co-Branded White Label Partner: The co-branded white label partner is given a separate landing page displaying both ZH and partner brands. This partner co-brands and markets the ZH brand of products, bearing any expenses related to such branding. As with reseller partners, ZH will support co-branded white label partners with qualified leads and marketing collaterals while the partner also takes advantage of the marketing campaigns and goodwill generated by ZH. Typically ZH bills the co-branded white label partner at prefixed rates and the partner is free to bill its customers at the partner’s discretion.
- Tier Three/White Label Partner: The white label partner is given a separate landing page that displays only the partner’s brands. This partner brands and markets the ZH brand of products as the partner’s own while bearing any branding expenses. While ZH does not support this partner with qualified leads, it does provide marketing collaterals that can be modeled in the partner’s own marketing campaigns. As with co-branded white label partners, ZH typically bills the white label partner at prefixed rates and the partner bills its customers at its discretion.
