Misc. Billing Options For HCFA-1500
Use the miscellaneous tab to enter information pertaining to Workers compensation, Auto accident, Inpatient hospitalization date, Prior authorization. This allows the system to reflect entered information in the appropriate HCFA box.

Additional Notes field is for local use, Used as a “remarks” field to indicate information helpful for claims processing, e.g. Corrected claim notification, injury/accident – how, where, and when injury/accident happened.
