ISSUES
The issue tab allows you to get the details of the patents current illness. Once you click on the issue tab you will be directed to the patient issue screen where you will have the option to add new issues. You have the access to create multiple issues at the same time.
On clicking the ‘Issues’ area, you will automatically move to the screen shown below
When you click on the ‘Add Issue’ button, you will move to the below screen where you can add the issue related details.
