IMMUNIZATIONS
The immunization tab allows you to add the information on the Immunizations administered to the patients. The picture below gives you a detailed lay out of the immunization tab. To enter the Immunizations you will have to enter the Immunization code, Administered date, Manufacturer of the immunization, lot number, name and title of the immunization administrator (name of the provider)etc.
