HPI
This section of Chart your way section enables you to enter the HPI (History of Present Illness) which starts with Location of illness and ends with associated sign and Symptom. 
You can select the duration of the illness with the help of a dial pad provided as highlighted in the above image. With this feature, you can enter the duration in minutes, hours, days, weeks, months and years. 
You also have the option to record the following:
- Context Of the Illness
- Severity Quality
- Timing Frequency
- Modifying Factors
- Associated Sign and Symptom
If the user feels that he/she wants to add any further components in any of the parameters listed above, click the edit option which enables you to add further. For e.g. if you want to add a new component to Context, click which takes you to the following page: 
Add a component to the option highlighted in the above screenshot and click ADD NEW OPTION. The newly added component shall be updated in the Context area of the HPI.
