Vitals
As the heading implies, this area enables you to enter the vitals for that particular encounter visit. The vitals section includes the following:
- Entry Date
- Weight-( If you enter the weight in pounds, it shall convert to kilograms and vice-versa)
- Height-( If you enter the Height in inches, it shall convert to centimeters and vice-versa)
- BMI(Body Mass Index)
- BP
- Respiration
- Temperature-( If you enter the Temperature in pounds, it shall convert to kilograms and vice-versa)
- Oxygen Saturation
- Head Circumference-( If you enter the Head circumference in inches, it shall convert to centimeters and vice-versa)
- Waist Circumference-( If you enter the Waist circumference in inches, it shall convert to centimeters and vice-versa)
- Other notes
The other noted feature in Vitals is that you will be able to view the past vitals data adjacent to the vitals section as shown in the below screenshot:
