Diagnosis
As the name implies here we record the details of the diagnosis provided to the patient. Here we add the following fields the encounter number, date, code type (ICD9), the current diagnosis core and the previous diagnosis details. To add a diagnosis code we search for a diagnosis on the base of the provided unique code. You add the code on the search is marked in red.
