Handling Renewals
Receive refill requests from pharmacy. To check for refill requests from the pharmacy, you need to click on the link shown below.
On clicking that you are taken to a page where you see the “Pharmacy Renewal Requests”. Here all the renewal requests with the patient name will be queued up.
Once the pharmacy renewal request is received, the provider/nurse needs to go into the “Compose Rx” area for the particular patient that needs a renewal, select the drug that needs to be renewed and click on “Instant Renewal”.
