HISTORY
The History tab contains the information on the patient’s Family history, surgical history, lifestyle etc. The tabs in the history area can also be placed in the forms for the patient encounter. There will be a bi-directional connection from the forms to the history area on the Face Sheets. The changes made here will reflect in the forms and vice versa. Marked in red is where you can click to make the changes.
