MEDICAL PROBLEMS
This widget allows you to view the patient’s major medical problems. Marked in red is where you can click to make the changes. Also once you click on the issues like ‘Fever’ given in blue and you will be able to get the detailed information on the patents issues as shown below. You can edit the details using the ‘Edit’ button marked in red.
Under the issues widget, you have the option to select the Type of the issue, Title, Occurrence, Diagnoses Code, Begin Date, End Date, Outcome and Destination. Once these fields are filled, click Save.
