REPORT
The Report tab allows you to generate reports on all the patient information including notes related to each office visit, the billing information, Face Sheet information, office visit notes etc.
On clicking the reports section shown above, you move to the below screen where you can check off the details for which you want to generate a report and take a print of it by clicking on “Generate Report” marked below.
Then you will get the report generated as shown below
