Review Of System
The Review of systems enables us to add the examined results to the various tests that are being conducted. The review of system consists of the following test which is Constitution, Eye, ear, nose, mouth, throat and breast. Each of these attributes consists of two options that are ‘Abnormal’ or ‘not examined’. Once you select either option you will get relevant values on the area where the test was done. Once you have added the fields you can click on the option “Save Review of System” marked in red to save the information. To the top right corner you will have the option to edit or make changes at your preference.
