Sign Off
The sign off is generally done by the provider. Once a report is completed the provider will click on the sign off option to make sure that the reports cannot be manipulated later on. Here once you click on the sign off the provider will have a 15 seconds window where he or she can cancel (un-sign) the sign off or continue with the sign off. The sign off will also provide the provider with the patients general information
